I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.   


I am currently working in a clinical role in primary care as a CBT therapist and I have over 10 years’ experience in working in mental health settings. I am enthusiastic and passionate about the work I do and hope you will find the therapeutic input I can offer useful and beneficial.
